Hello there, Some negative reviews do indeed indicated to us that something might need attention. However, we have learned to recognize the tell-tale signs of people with other agendas. I think most review users also will recognize this in many cases. If you've been in the industry for a long time, as we have with four large restaurants, you'll know that although most patrons are honest and nice, there are many many nefarious actors always trying to get something for nothing. These include those who try to redeem coupons and specials that aren't valid, placing hair and other foreign items in dishes to get a free meal, bringing their employment grievances to the review platform, and on and on. For most restaurants, not just ours, these are the actors posting many of the most negative reviews. It's sad but true. We work with the feedback from our staff to try to identify these reviews and respond accordingly. Thanks The Buffet Royale team
